Chris Womack
I’ve been a Respiratory Therapist for over 20 years serving at our local hospital. Although I find my job very rewarding I felt I needed to find something more. I find dancing as an escape and wanted to pursue this field when I was young. After a few years taking Zumba classes I took the next step and became a certified Zumba instructor. I found my calling. Teaching Zumba feeds my body mind and soul. I love to see others having fun during my class and getting a workout for every song we do. I find Zumba a great cardio workout than any other physical fitness. Zumba gave me another platform to teach dance and also fill the void that I have been longing for.

My name is Debra Lewis, and I am a proud military wife. I grew up in Washington County, but Lynn Haven is where I call home. From as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for anything athletic. I was involved in basketball, softball, and cheer leading in high school, and many years later I still keep active with running, biking, and strength training. Fitness is a lifestyle choice. However, I am no stranger to health issues that arise from genetics. Both my parents passed in recent years due to cancer, and my brother passed last year at the age of 47 due to complications from obesity, diabetes, and heart related issues. I understand daily life struggles. I also understand the value in self-care and successfully leading a balanced life. My passion is to motivate, educate, and offer supreme support as your health coach. This not only means proper weight training techniques, cardiovascular challenges, but also good, sustainable nutrition habits. Fitness should be fun and full of new experiences.Getting out of the comfort zone is where the magic happens! I’m excited to be a part of your fitness journey!
